This is the time of year when many Coke collectors bring out a great holiday piece: the
A lot of people – even those who don’t consider themselves “collectors” – have these dolls. I’ve heard a lot of stories from people who have hung on to these Santa dolls specifically because they were a part of their annual holiday decorating traditions that has been extended to a new generation.

I was just wondering, does Coke plan to release a 2008 Christmas bottle with Santa on it? My father is an avid collector of Coke bottles (he worked as a driver in Kansas City for almost 20 years) and all we've been able to find is one with a vintage 50s style label (but no santa). Mike - We do have a few Santa and holiday bottles out this year. While I don't have the specifics of which bottles are in which towns (or which particular stores), here are just a few to watch out for: Wal-Mart has a series of three round bottles (like the shape of a ball). Target has a special four-back of holiday glass bottles. And our regular cans and bottles (what would be in the supermarket) feature Santa graphics. I hope that helps a bit. -- Phil
